You are Cordially Invited
Since 1843, First Baptist Church of Cranford/Elizabeth (FBCCE) has been a cornerstone of faith and a sanctuary of refuge for the community. This year, we invite you to join us as we celebrate our 183rd Anniversary—a historic milestone reflecting nearly two centuries of service, mission, and resiliency.
The year of 2026 has been declared as our year of EXCELLENCE: In Ministry. In Life. In Legacy. And in March we embarked on our anniversary journey with part one of our four-part legacy series called Heritage in the House. Now we invite you to attend our celebratory Legacy Dinner on Friday, June 5, 2026 (our actual anniversary).
This culinary fundraising campaign will be an opportunity for us to gather at the table together and look back on our rich heritage as well as look forward to the future with renewed vigor and purpose.
Please come and be a part of this special celebration. Reserve your seat at the table. Click the button below to register and RSVP today!

Here's the Weekend Lineup ...

Join us Sunday morning at 11am. Our guest preacher will be Rev. Jesse Nietzer, the Pastor of First Baptist Church of South Plainfield. He also currently serves as Treasurer for the Raritan Association as well as co-chair of the Camps, Conferences, and Retreats Committee of ABCNJ with his wife, Nicole. He has a passion for music, photography, cooking, and technology, incorporating them into ministry to the community. In ministry, he hopes to share the message of God’s love and God’s call for believers to love their neighbor through compassion and care. He currently leads his church offering a monthly free community dinner and programs for families of children with a disability. He and his wife served as foster parents for ten years. They have two children, Caden and Annaleigh, who love to go camping and enjoy the outdoors.
